We would like to welcome you to the third Signature Newsletter.  In this edition you will find some new information and useful information to prepare your central air conditioner for winter and to insure that your furnace is ready for its long season.  

As we all know the storm really took its toll on many townships in WNY.  We are proud to say that we sucessfully handled over 200 emergency service calls during the storm and the few days following.  That's just another way to prove that bigger isn't better, personal attention to your needs when you need it.  That's our signature. 


As we push forward twords winter we find it necessary to insure that we are ready to handle your needs, with that we found it necessary to move our offices and shop to our origional location until our new structure is built in the Spring of 07'.  Our new billing address will be 66 Highland Parkway, Buffalo, N.Y. 14223. 


Signature Heating & Cooling Inc., can be reached by calling the 692-9700, however we would like

to have everyone begin to use our new number at 879-9902, we are looking to phase out the 692-9700 number right after the winter.     

 

I would personally like to welcome my mother Barbara to Signature Heating & Cooling Inc., she will be hard at work taking your phone calls, scheduling your appointments and handling the invoicing and billing.  Barbara has become a great asset to Signature and I look forward to many years of working with her. 

It is also my pleasure to introduce you to my step-father Richard, who incidentially gave me my start in this business and provided me with the ethics that are the basis for Signature Heating and Cooling.  Richard will be working as a service technician, providing the necessary maintenance and service inspections of all of our clients HVAC equipment. 

As you see, we strive for excellence each and every day.  And when we say welcome to the Signature family, we really do mean it.

 


     A/C covers are available for all makes and models, call     our office today to order yours.  Prices start at $55.00  !!!!!!

Central A/C shutdown and Furnace start up procedure: 

                                                                                                                                                                                                            1)  Turn off the breaker in your electrical panel marked A/C.                                

2)  Cover the top of the A/C unit if you dont have a custom cover.

3)  If you have a replaceable monthly air filter change it every thirty days.

4)  Make sure your thermostat switch is on Heat and the Fan switch is on Auto.

5) If you have a humidifier set the humidistat to 35-40% and adjust as necessary for indoor comfort.  Also if you have a bypass style humidifier, turn the damper from the summer to winter position. 

6) If applicable change your thermostat batteries once a year for best performance.

 

   If you are having any problems our staff is here to help, in most cases we can solve your problems right over the phone, if not, we can provide you with service you need!!


As existing and new clients of Signature Heating & Cooling you know that John A. Wille Sr. formed this company on April 8th of 1999, serving mainly the Village of Kenmore and the Town of Tonawanda and its surrounding townships with one man, one truck and one goal to provide the highest quality products available with the ability to provide them at a competitive cost and to facilitate the highest quality customer service that a company can provide.  It is with these ideals that the need to enlist additional installers and technicians was critical in Signature Heating & Cooling’s striving for excellence. We are prepared to provide you with the same hands on approach that has given Signature Heating & Cooling its stand alone reputation since its inception.

 We are hard at work on getting a scheduling system in place for check ups of your heating and cooling systems.  Everyone will be receiving a phone call to schedule your yearly maintenance appointments.  Our office hours will be from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday.  As always we will still be offering our Emergency no heat service from October until April.

We can assure you that you will receive the unwavering commitment to quality customer service that you have come to know from Signature Heating & Cooling and we look forward to the future care of your heating & cooling needs.
