Dear John,

We would like to Thank You for the excellent job you did installing the furnace and all the extras that went with it.  It was truly a pleasure to have you do the work on the new system.  As we discussed, I have had very negative expierences with heating and cooling equipment and installations.  Your work, beyond being professional and far beyond that of others, gives me great confidence in the system I now own.  I can relax and enjoy my heating system instead of being traumatized by it.

I would also like to thank you for being both patient and tolerant of my incessant questions and observation.  It stems back to previous encounters for which there is no cure.  It gave me added relief to understand the deficiencies in my old system and the corrections to restore the efficiency to the highest level it can be.  Roy's recommendation of you was a savior for myself and my family.  I will recommend you to any and all who inquire about heating and cooling.

The Amana is doing great, even though i did not use it for 9 days due to the power outage.  I shut down all the breakers, main and power to the furnace as I did not want to damage anything in the event of a surge.  I was a tad bit overprotective of the system.  Again it goes back to previous negative experiences from other companies for which there was no cure.  I received the Asure Extended Service Agreement and will file everything for future reference.  Thank You!  That also provides me with added peace of mind to my new investment.

Please extend our thanks to Mark and Rick for their work on the installation.  They were both excellent and fun to work with.  Great team!  Again, thanks for everything and I look forward to the air conditioning in the Spring.
