Whatever You Need
We’re There

In Tucson, an emergency is more than an inconvenience. A failed air conditioner on a 110-degree afternoon can become a health risk, particularly for young children and older adults. A burst pipe can flood a room in minutes.

The Signature Home Comfort Plan is a membership for Southern Arizona homeowners that covers routine HVAC maintenance and gives members savings on heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical service. Members get two tune-ups a year, priority scheduling, and discounted rates on repairs and service calls.

Every membership includes two 69-point HVAC tune-ups per year, a water heater tank flush, and a written system inspection report at no extra charge. Members also get reduced rates on drain clearing, electrical safety checks, and service call fees, along with a discount on repairs and priority scheduling when you need us.

Both levels include routine maintenance and member discounts. The Plus level adds 10% off any cooling, heating, plumbing, or electrical repair, up to $100 per repair. Call 520-201-8043 and we'll help you figure out which level makes sense for your home.

Yes. The plan includes a free water heater tank flush, and members pay reduced rates for drain clearing and electrical safety checks. Repair discounts apply to plumbing and electrical work as well as heating and cooling.

Each tune-up is a 69-point inspection of your system's safety, efficiency, and comfort. Our technician checks everything from the thermostat and airflow to the refrigerant, condenser, electrical components, and heating system, then gives you a written report on how your system is performing.

Most Tucson homeowners book the first tune-up in spring so the AC is ready before summer heat arrives, and the second in fall before the heating season. Spacing them this way catches small problems before your system is under its heaviest load.

Members get priority scheduling, which moves you ahead of non-member calls. Same-day and next-day appointments are available to members, which matters in Tucson when an AC fails in the middle of summer.
