BEST IN THE AREA!!! Brandon came out to evaluate my 17 year old HVAC system. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I scheduled an install and it only took them a day and I was up and running with a brand new system and a tankless water heater! Angel and Justin's attention to detail during the install was top notch! Very clean and thorough, it's a shame to hide their craftmanship behind a door lol. Seriously, these are the guys to call!!!

The owner, Brandon Johnson takes pride in his company and remains involved throughout the entire project from start to finish. You cant always find a reliable, honest contractor on the internet. These guys were great! John arrived within two hours of my call. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the problem and presented a couple solutions along with reasonable quote, which included a 15% discount because I'm a veteran. The work was completed quickly and my house is cool again. Brandon from Signature came out and was absolutely fantastic; a great salesman who really went into detail about all the pros and cons of his HVAC units. And, Signature was the lowest cost bid HVAC replacement bid that I received.

The install team was at my house a few days later. They were great guys, very easy to work with, and beyond professional. They had me up and running with my new AC within hours.

John G. and Levi from Signature showed up a few weeks later to check on what I thought was an issue with the condensate pump. After running several tests they assured me it was working correctly and helped me troubleshoot that my issue was coincidental and was likely caused by my washing machine not draining properly. John G. and Levi, just like everyone else I've worked with at Signature were very personable and professional.

Signature has been an absolute joy to work with and has earned a customer for life; I'd give them more than 5 starts if I could!

Hello all, Fred here, i'm back again writing a review for Signature Heating and Cooling. Once again I can't sing these guys praises loud enough. What a totally professional outfit. I am located in Tucson AZ where we are experiencing a historic heat wave, 113 plus for the last 10 days. Let me tell you, these guys are busy out in this heat all day. But in they come, polite, courteous, informative, and quick, John and Levi were absolutely the best. As a home owner this company is on speed dial. Bravo Zulu to Brandon and his team. A Top notch company.

Brandon came out within a couple hours of my call and provided a professinaly prepared line item proposal the same afternoon. I chose to use Signature out of 4 other bids to remove & replace my 30 yr old roof mounted heat pump. Shane the technician showed up around 11am and completely finished the entire project by 5pm the same day. Shane also pointed out a potentially dangerous electrical problem and corrected it. They were all friendly, proffessional and delivered what they proposed on time. I wholeheartedly recommend this company! Thank you.

"Exceptional Service"

We had an emergency A/C repair needed. Paul initially came over and told us what was required, we needed a whole new unit. They set us up with a portable unit and got to work the next day with an Armstrong Unit ! Richard started at 8:15 the next morning. Everyone we had dealings with were both professional and polite. Richard spent hours at our home installing the unit. He answerd any and all of our questions. They had to call in a crane to help with the outside install. He didn't leave until he explained all the workings to us. Brandon the owner of the Company called to make sure install was done properly. We did have some questions, so he showed up the next morning to answer any and all questions. He was extremely honest and kind ! I explained to him that Tucson was not known for quality customer service. He agreed and stated his company would be the exception !
